Excellent check in and check out service. Want to especially commend our check-out representative, Cassandra. She is warm and delivered an efficient check out process that made you not want to leave. The Door Greeter was also very hospitable as were the wait staff at the In-Hotel restaurant. Lovely facility and we had a delightful stay.

big bar has issues

the hotel is out dated and could use a makover. The BIG Bar, is a BIG JOKE!! Nice place, but terrible service..DaddyO's is small. but WAY better service.
