Provided by YPmobileExcellent check in and check out service. Want to especially commend our check-out representative, Cassandra. She is warm and delivered an efficient check out process that made you not want to leave. The Door Greeter was also very hospitable as were the wait staff at the In-Hotel restaurant. Lovely facility and we had a delightful stay.

Provided by SuperpagesBest sleep so far here in Chicago. I never felt I'm on a hotel, feels like I'm home.

Provided by SuperpagesI booked a room in MAY for a reservation on a busy AUGUST weekend ( 7th-9th for Lollapalooza ). I knew the hotels downtown would sell out so I booked in May. TWO days before I was supposed to be there, I get a call stating they overbooked the hotel and I would no longer have a room. Then I was offered a room at the Hyatt at O'Hare, 45 minutes from the show! I declined. At that point all hotels downtown were sold out. Thinking I was going to have to cancel my whole trip ( losing flight and tickets ), I was lucky enough to be able to room with some friends who were lucky enough to have their reservation honored. I still missed the show Friday, and had to pay to have my flight changed. When I finally arrived, the hotel is like an airport. Its like an office building with beds, soulless. The room didnt have a regular thermostat. We had to set it to 32 degrees to make it tolerable. The decor was out of my grandma's house and the room smelled. Thanks for ruining my weekend Hyatt!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI had one of the best sleeps of my life at the Hyatt Regency. My guest room came with one of those expensive air filters that you'd see at Sharper Image; and the bed was super comfy! I slept like a baby and had to literally pull myself out of the sheets in the morning. Hands down, this was the best sleeping experience I've had at a hotel. The "Big Bar" downstairs is quite impressive too; they offer insanely huge (48-ounce) cocktails that are delicious, but best shared with friends due to the sheer size :-). Parking is expensive as with most hotels in the area. However, there is plenty of street/meter parking nearby (unlike many other hotels close by).
