Service scheduled for 10am on September 5, 2014. Mark emailed an alert to the timing of his arrival and followed up with a phone call. He arrived promptly at 10am as scheduled. Mark determined that an on/off switch on the second floor heating system was not working. He cleaned and repaired the item so it was restored to full function operation. He performed adjustments for two heating systems in the residence to assure their readiness for the upcoming heating season. Mark is a thorough, competent, excellent technician. He performed outstanding work in a timely and professional manner.
