Very disappointed in this company. I spoke to Ted twice and set up an appointment for them to come out. Each time they were a no show. The first time I thought it was just an error so I called to find out what happened. Ted said lost my information and set up another date. Again a no show and I haven't heard from them. I will not call them either. Sloppy business practice may result in sloppy work so I'll move on to another company. I understand things happen but what happened to calling a customer to cancel so they will not take off from work waiting for them. In the future I hope they will treat their customers with respect and keep their appointments or at least call
