Do not buy any appliances from Herb. He is very unprofessional. He will honor his warranty on the appliances. I bought a stove and it does not work. He lied and said that he would fixed the stove never showed up.

Like the last poster, this company was referred to me through my warranty insurance. Herb called @ 10 a.m. and stated that he would be at my home later that day, but would call me first before he come. After taking a day off work and waiting until 7 p.m. I called my warranty insurance to check the status because Herb would not return my call. The warranty company got in contact with Herb who stated that he told me that he would be at my home the next day. After telling the warranty insurance that he was a blantant lie, I asked them not to send him to my home and to instead choose another reputable company. Herb's Refrigeration is a very unprofessional company if your warranty service recommends them tell them NO and to choose someone else.
