Hello, Steve. Company registered to a residential unit on 4600 n cumberland ave in Chicago, IL, so there is no real office. There is only one phone # which he barely answers. I have tried to call him about 20 times from 4 different phone numbers between 10am and 6pm, left a text message and a voicemail. Absolutely no response. The problem occurred 3 weeks after he installed my AC coil. Drain wasnt properly installed so it started leaking slowly but surely. It didnt take long before i got my living room flooded, about 30% of it. Contacted Steve, told him what happened, he made a promise to be at my place between 4 and 5pm. I had to leave my work early so i could meet him and, of course, he was a no show. My living room is still flooded, drain isnt fixed, thats the result of a negligence on his side. Everything is documented , took video and pictures as well. I am planning to sue this guy. Please, think twice before using services of this "company".

Thank God for the tech Steve. He fixed our AC when two other companies before him could not. Thank you so much for the great work!
