I used to go all the way to Evanston, I'L for Accupuncture and massage. I heard about Health Elements located right around the corner from me and I was thrilled to try them out! The owners, Drs. James and Patricia Washington are the best! They really do a thorough assessment and prescribe a treatment that's right for you. I've also met all of their staff and everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. My accupuncturist is Victoria who really knows her craft and takes EXCELLENT care of me. If I walk in feeling drained and depleted - I walk out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! Lauren is great for massage - anyone you get for massage is great but I like Lauren the best because she is very patient and attentive about getting right to my problem areas and working them out. Try Health Elements, you won't regret it. I go at least twice a week and it has really made a difference in my life - for health, mental calmness (attitude), focus, balance and feeling grounded like I could leap a tall building!!! LOL
