Food is good. The wings could have had a little more sauce.



Costumer service. BAD!!! I was trying to call in an order ahead of time. After i briefly spoke to some, i was handed over to someone else to complete my order. I told her my whole order and then was told that i have to come in to order. I told the lady that yesterday i had placed an order over the phone with no problem. She replied that they were too busy today. My question is, I told both ladies that i was calling to place an order, why not tell me up front that i was not able to do so???



Second. The previous day when we did go pick up the food one lady was too busy talking instade of checking my friends ID, since i gave her MY credit card to pay for the food. My credit card was clearly marked in the back "SEE ID".



Will i go back? That is a big maybe and i don't think i would tell my coworkers to order from there, since they would need to order ahead of time because of work breaks.



It's ashame.
