I've been to this Harold's only twice but found it to be the best one that I've experienced so far. I'm calling in my order and I'm on my way from the Westside to pick it up NOW.

Don't go to this place. I was given old food and when I came back to return it they knew what I was talking about before they even open it and thought it was funny. Then after making me a new order I person that was bagging it made negative comment too me, how do Harold's chicken employee mess up my food then get mad cause I bring it back! So I gave the food away and I promise myself never to return, i saw no gloves and it look like they was wearing their coat around the food area. This place need to be reported!
