The owner is very disrepectful and have a nasty attitude problem she took serval breaks purposely braided my hair extremely to tight so hair would fall dont spend your money with that deranged afriacan BEAST!!!!!!!!!

Never knew a braid shop that was a la carte until this one! Charged ofr anything different from the color of braids to the type of hair!! Ridiculous. Was charged extra for smaller braids and didn't get them. Person braiding--who happened to be the owner--too two breaks over an hour each! And then had the nerve to yell at me telling me that it would take too much time. Last time I checked, micro braids meant small braids and they would take a while. Very rude and unprofessional. Take your money where it is appreciated and where you are treated as a client instead of the stepchild!!
