Without question a very excruciating experience .. My stylist was as unprofessional as i have encountered .. She explained a color to add to my hair which I thought the whole process was done too quickly the cut and color was not at all as described she then had her boyfriend or husband sitting for fear of my response as never have I been so insulted ! I liked to convenience of the salon i went to her once before she I felt left me waiting an in ordinate amount of time but did cut my hair that

i was really not satisfied .. i thought i would give here the benefit of the doubt ? then the aforementioned as she was the only stylist at the time of my second visit which was the cut and color .. I don't remember her name ? She was the mgr however angry attitude and fat ..
