They really doesn't deserve a star. This is the worst company to deal with. I know that all companies are in buisness to make money but this business is in to take your money. No matter how good of a customer you are. I was a repeat customer and 2nd time was the worst mistake ever. They give you false information and doesn't honors you "SAME AS CASH". You are better off using your credit card. I was told because I had paid over that I wasnt due that next month. Well when it call to get a payoff amount. I was told that I owe $500 in interest. RIPOFF... DONT USE THEM. I spoke with Dan Henburge and Robert Long.

This place should be avoided. They will not provide a hard copy, or digital, of the amount owed on an account. They will not allow an account to be paid off early. They will not provide a hard copy, or digital, of fees incurred on the account.



If you are unfortunate enough to be doing business with this company, I would suggest consulting a lawyer about your options.

Avoid at all cost! Paid my total amount in full and two months later I got a call from them that I still owe 25 dollars for them giving me a loan and told me to read the contract. I did not see that amount any where near the amounts that I owed. I did not receive any calls or letters for more than 8 months after getting the loan that I still owe anything until they started the process to report to my credit report. I paid the 25 the day they called me which was 7/20/2011 and was told that nothing will happen to my credit. More than two weeks later I received a call from one of their employees who said when do I want to pay 146 dollars to finally close the account for good. After explaining him to what happened on the first call he transferred me to that person and she explained that everything is fine and paid in full nothing would happen to my credit. Well its 8/3/2011 and I just got a message from Citi Bank that they did a 30 day past due on my credit report. Taking my credit score from almost 800 to the 690s. The manager had the nerve to tell me that they gave me a deal because I only had to pay their 25 dollar special fee instead 146 and he called me paying close to month and a half ago "just paid it". Just went on the BBB and their rating is a HUGE F. If I knew this before I would never use this company. I will never buy from Value City also.
