It's worth driving to that OTHER store in Glenview
It started out fine: spent 30 minutes talking to the sales rep about high-end refrigerators to replace our built-in. Was promised a quote the next day. Three days later -- including two follow-ups by me -- I get a call from the rep who asks, very gruffly, 'do you still want a quote?" When I noted some reservation, he literally went off on me. Very weird -- a place to avoid.
Grand Appliance Delivers Top Notch Customer Service
I had a freezer delivered into the basement of my restaurant in Wheaton. The freezer was very difficult to get down into the basement and the old one was near as hard to remove. The delivery crew was very patient and competent. They did a fantastic job with a very difficult task. I was completely satisfied with my experience at Grand Appliance and I would use them again for anything at my restaurant or at home.
