Hi All! If you are looking for a nanny Gold Coast Nanny in Chicago is the right place to go. Our nanny is the best. We interviewed 3 of the nannies chosen for our family and all were terrific. They were so terrific that we asked the agency to choose for us. I couldn't have asked for a better nanny. The placement fee was great and we had a coupon for $200 off the service we chose. Also I noticed the address is wrong here. Gigi is the owner, so make sure you have the right place. The address we have is on Granville, near Western Ave. Good Luck and Sweet Baby Dust to all. Great service. I found them initially on here but then later after our son was born on Craigslst. The owner explained that with a growing economy and customers (Fam clients) being lost financially in the recession but still in need of a nanny, she needed to change things to make all involved happy and satisfied. This agency not only sent us complimentary Gymboree Classes, but gave us a Gift Certificate for a Free Mom and Dad Time-Out, plus the cost for placing our Nanny was peanuts in comparison to some of the other nanny services here...and our Nanny is fantastic. Our nanny told us that Mrs. Vega helped her get a job in 2003 that lasted 4yrs. and in 2007 that ended just before we hired her. I'm more impressed by the passion the owner has. She was a nanny for over 20 years herself and started her business in her dining room after her son was born in 2002. All I can say to the many parents who need a hand with childcare or even somebody to just do your laundry, her agency is worth the call. I hired from this agency. LOVED IT! Not sure how to report the false statements written here? We hired our nanny through this agency. LOVED IT! The process was easy and the questions that the consultant asked of me on what My family absolutely needed in a nanny were precise. our daughter is 5yrs old now, we're still with the same nanny but will loose her in December. In need of a Pt nanny now and came across this review. I was SHOCKED by the blow that was given. Our nanny was not charged a fee and we paid a one time, easy payment on-line. Beth K.

Hello Families, Obviously the review written is FALSE.....and may be a 'local competitor'. I and my cousin were placed by GCN and we were never charged a fee. The owner even bought me a CTA bus pass for my 1st month on my new job because I had been out of work for months. The above address is also wrong. The owner was a Nanny for like 20 years and she knows the business and she is very compassionate when it comes to the Nanny and the Families needs. I was placed with a family 4 years ago by GCN and now looking for the agency on-line to get placed again by the same agency, because my family put the boys (twins) in school. This is a FIVE STAR AGENCY and they were always honest about what jobs they had available and my boss told me that they are not expensive and did the same work as the so-called high-end agencies. This agency stated on the phone that they charge the caregiver 1 and 1/2 weeks salary! What a rip off. There are plenty of agencies in the Chicago area that do not do this. I suggest you look elsewhere if you are a caregiver.
