I would first like to say I have been looking at Bentley's for about 4 years now and never felt like it was the right time to purchase until we met Chris. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Chris. Chris had no clue if we were actually going to purchase the car or not but he made us feel welcome and answered all out questions. He spent hours showing us different Bentley's until we found the perfect one for us. Chris was very knowledgeable with all the features the Bentley had to offer and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We purchased the car while we were vacationing and Chris set up all the arrangements for delivery by the next day. I truly believe that if it were not for Chris I may have never actually purchased my dream car but he made it so easy.

The people working there are pretty cool! I went inside to take a picture of the Veyron they have and I got a little tour of the dealership with it.

I was driving downtown Chicago and I hit a pot hole and had a blow out. I walked to Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to Joe Abbas he said they don't do service on Bentleys downtown. He called Tom the Bentley service manager . Tom had a loaner vehicle flatbed to me and flatbed my Bentley to Downers Grove Bentley to be repaired. Tom had my Bentley deliveried to my Deerfield office the next day. They even picked up the loaner vehicle at no addtional cost to me. Tom won me over as a customer for life.

We purchased almost ten cars and my experience has been wonderful. My salesman Jason has always taken great care of me. The owners have treated me very well and the finance department is the most effective I?ve ever experienced.

My experience at Gold Cost was extraordinary. I was in contact with Chris for several weeks discussing the potential purchase of a Gallardo. His professionalism convinced me a trip to Chicago from Florida would have a happy ending. Upon arriving I was greeted by a salesperson and once I introduced myself his comment was ?the car you are interested in will be here shortly?. In a few minutes it arrived and I got to meet Chris. The entire transaction was painless, the lunch was great and the Lambo is just perfect. Chris and I continue to stay in contact. I found a 2010 Bentley FS with low miles and set up the way i want. i asked for a quote and received my information quickly. The price is very good and i am waiting for a few details to fall into place and i hope to be driving my dream car very soon.

I love living a block or so away from this place....highlight of my day whenever I go near is seeing the Lambos ....that and the look on tourist's faces when they see this place. That alone is worth a walk by this place.
