I have never been treated as poorly as I was when I went to this place. When I arrived I was told it would be a 20 minute wait, so I sat down to wait. Twenty minutes turned into an hour because they took 4 other customers before me. While I'm not one to harp on discrimination each person before me was white and female. Forty minutes later I was seated in a chair with cold water and then waited another 20 minutes. This is not my first time coming here, so I thought I would give the ladies a chance since it was a busy Saturday. During my service no one spoke me until I refused to get the manicure I requested originally. Then of course the manager wanted to apologize for their actions. after wasting 2.5 hours I will not be going back ever again.
