I've been doing my income taxes with them for years and have never been disappointed with the results. I know I couldn't do them myself, as some of my papers are confusing to me, so I'm glad that I have the peace of mind of them being CPAs who have been doing this for a while. The tax profile form that they have you fill out is a little long and tedious, but it makes sense to have to answer all questions to make sure things are filed correctly. I've had to look over some of those questions twice when I fill it out. As for waiting, I hardly wait at all since I fill it out early and just tell them I'll sit with them another day to go over everything. There's a pretty cool store next door too with a variety of interesting items.
