She is only to charge money not good for parents or children's rights. Do not take her as a lawyer you will end up with thousands of dollars bill and bad results at the end !!

I'm surprised by the other two reviews honestly. Ms. Berger represented my children and did a great job. I didn't get the outcome I had exactly hoped for, but in the end it was good for the kids and that's what counted because that was her job. She did charge to review emails, have meetings, etc, but her fees were ok and what I would expect from an attorney. My attorney charged about the same. Makes me wonder if these people didn't pay their bills or something if she had to go after them for it.

This woman is surprisingly greedy for a person who represents children. In a case lasting years, she only filed motions to get paid and nothing about the case. She "reviews" emails and charges a mere $50. If she responds add another $100 onto that. If you want an email that is more than 3 sentences, you probably will have to refinance your house.

Mrs. Geraldine Berger, in my opinion & experience only cares about racking up unearned outrageous legal fees, doesn't have a clue or care about her clients life, safety & welfare let alone will give you a consult to learn about the facts of your case, after taking a huge retainer, let alone will make the time & refusing to. Whether you are Male or female, White or Black...or purple, just the green in her billings reflect her.
