PFG's attorneys get the job done, yes. They are good at their jobs! Yet to win 5 Gold Stars from me, they have to go all the way, in making their customers feel at ease. They deal with people who are making a great load bearing decision in their lives. So, they are usually feeling pretty bad at the time. PFG's Attorneys need to lighten up a bit, share a smile, and a laugh, to break the icy tension of filing the "Big B".Not all are stiff collars; Frank Hernandez, the senior I think, does know how to lighten that heavy load of drudgery you feel when meeting with him. Mr Hernandez makes you feel comfortable, and even goes as far as to make you smile or laugh, while showing you the choices available to you and shares his professional suggestions with a SMILE! Now the other person at this location. I don't know if he is a lawyer or just a helper but try not to get him for your meetings, He makes you feel worse than before you walked in.
