I am only giving one star because I can't give 0! I paid "Joe Michaels" (Real Name Joseph Starcher) $700 to add three AU trade lines. Supposedly he was running a "special to attract more customers."



It's been two months and the sweep or trade lines never happened. He was "sorry" and supposedly offered a "refund." A text message was his confirmation. It's been two weeks since this "refund" and I still do not have my money back. Keep in mind this is after waiting almost 2 months for what I paid for. He is saying that the refund "depends on the buyer's financial institution" but I've contacted my bank several times and they confirmed that a refund would be in my account within 2-3 business days. He offers a "money back guarantee" and also offers his customers to pay with a credit card for "their protection." My bank is asking for a confirmation number so that they can track down this refund, but he is not supplying any confirmation numbers.



I had to initiate a dispute today through my bank and am plastering this ad on all websites related to his phone number. He has other websites (http://capitalbankcardchicagometro.com/about-capital-bankcard) where he talks about "Trust and Credibility." If you contact him, he will be nice, respond immediately and take your money. After your payment, his response time will be very slow and you will be out of your money. Do not waste your time or money on this "business" and make sure you initiate a dispute right away if you already paid him. He is posting under multiple ads. Below is what some of his ads look like. He posts these every day, yet can't answer the phone/text/emails after he scammed me.
