I sent the hair style I wanted and asked can you do it just llike the picture the braided said yes. She asked if I could be there by 3 ? I get there and had to wait until 5 before she was able to start. The finished product look horrible. The braids are not even some are larger than the other and I don't like the way she used the lighter on super high. I smell my hair burning. The end result look like s bootleg version of the picture. Never again.
