Horrible to do business with. Puts tickets on Hold and doesn't want to refund money. Was told by doctor cannot travel because of Swine Flu Virus and having health problems. Called this manager Lourdes never retruned my call.

When I did speak to her she claims knowing nothing about Airlines waiving the fee to cancel flights. She is a big scammer DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.
