What i don't like about your currency exchange is you have about

3or4 windows it may be 3 workers behind the counter but only 2

workers is at the windows and if the line is long every person

that is in line will stand at only 1 window instead forming 2 lines

at each window. I think you should start telling the customers

to spilt up and go stand at the other window it's very igoring.

Not kwoning if you get out of line and go to the next window

and everyone will be upset with you because they did not

go you really need to take care of that problem.
