Franco is a horrible photographer. He is hard to work with and will not give you what you pay for. I would strongly recommend not hiring Franco.

I booked Franco for my wedding in May of 2007. It was a downtown wedding ($200/plate), I met with him a week before the event to go over the details. Come the day of the wedding, he was a no show. Even after numerous calls and messages, we didn't hear from him (what a coward). The only way I was able to get my money back was to send my father to see him weeks later. I never recieved any offer of retribution or even an apology. I tell everyone I can to remember the name Franco Lanzi and to run the other way if you ever hear it. I also filed a better business bureau complaint against him.

I was forced to file a Better Business Bureau complaint (which they never repsonded to).After receiving my wedding book 16 months after the wedding I tried to order additional pictures, I paid for them, never got them and they never called me back. DO NOT USE THEM!!
