Went in for an oil change, they for some reason removed my windshield wiper blades and didn't put them back on. As I pulled out of the parking lot I went to run my wipers to clean my windshield only to find the metal arms that hold the blades, which then scratched my windshield. Went back and denied that they took the blades off at first until the tech came running out the back with my blades and put them on. They are refusing to fix the windshield now after arguing with them for some time now. John their service manager has made snide remarks on how he'll just wait for my negative reviews on google. Even with the multipoint vehicle inspection that's included in every service, my car has left there with low tire pressure alerts and a grinding noise in the wheels that wasn't there before.
