Don't bother.

I took 2 pair of leather boots to get the heel tap replaced. They offered to polish them also...so I agreed. Big MISTAKE. They came back all blotchy. When I went to tell them about it the didn't even hear me out. They said it was the salt. And that no one else has complained about their boots. I tried to explain that I had not used them in the snow. But they would not listen. I'm trying to get my money back...but I'm not holding my breath.
