We place on offer on 15 N Owen St, Mount Prospect, IL. we were going back and forth with the pricing and we finally end up with the price that all parties agreed. UNTIL the change the contract in AS IT IS!!!!

Do not make business with these people. they will lie to you.



THIs listing is a big lie. the house is in horrible condition, windows are NOT new, crawling space full with water, crack in the walls, the exit from the furnace were taped, yes TAPED with tape, the basement wall has huge cracks in . this house is not SAFE!! and we spend money to find that out because we were lied!!
