Great Service and pricing.

Drew got me 2 tickets to a sold out show at Conseco Fieldhouse for the Buble Concert, at a great price to boot. I was more than pleased with the service I received from TicketsFirstClass and Drew was a pleasure to deal with. The seats were amazing and my girlfriend was extremely happy with her suprise anniversary present. I will definantly continue to do business with TicketsFirstClass and cannot wait to get to a Cubs game and see the new youngsters play at Wrigley.

Stay Away!

There are plenty of other brokers in the city, so I suggest doing a little research and using this one as a last resort. My list of issues includes:

- Additional charges popping up on invoices

- The option for $25 included express delivery. I received a call at 9:30 PM the night before the show by "Drew" asking when I would pick them up, or he would send me etickets. (I bought hard tickets.)

- I went to go meet him upon his promises to be at a specific location. All of a sudden it wasn't going to be him but his associate and he didn't know where he was.

- After 30+ minutes and countless calls trying to track down "Mike" I had to trek several blocks to find him.

- Mike reaches into his pockets and pulls out folded up etickets! I would not accept them. Finally he pulled out the hard tickets.

- Through this entire transaction Drew was rude and demeaning on the phone. If you want to know what I mean, try doing a transaction with this guy!

They think you will do the leg work for them

Purchased ticket for a concert and when the time came to expect the tickets I called to see where they were at. Was told that I need to pick them up at the Will call, even tho I paid for delivery. I asked them to delivery them to me that I will not be the person useing those tickets. That was not acceptable, but they will set it up for Will call for the user. Then I asked for mey delivery fees back and I was told "no". I then asked to be credited for those tickets and was told to "Loose My Contact Info". Luckily I was using a credit card that does not haggle me about filling out forms and credited me the money and will pull the deposit from these guys.

Be careful when using these guys. Or you can do what we werre told and "Loose Thier Contact Info."

United Center - Bulls game

I contacted Drew about 60 minutes before game time of a nationally televised Bulls game seeking to purchase lower level seats. Not only did he personally answer the phone call, but he called me back within fifteen minutes with a few different options for me to consider. The seats that I ultimately purchased were exceptional and Drew's pricing was very competitive and fair. I personally met Drew before the game and he was both professional and courteous, two things that are paramount to me when considering Chicago ticket brokers. I highly recommend FirstClasstickets when considering all Chicagoland events and I personally look forward to securing their services for the foreseeable future.

Chicago Bears Tickets

My boss asked Drew to get me tickets to the Bears game only a few days before the game! It was a special birthday gift for me to take my dad to a game as he had never gone and has been a Bears fan for years. Drew went out of his way to get me special parking so that my dad wouldn't have to walk too far and they turned out to be the most amazing tickets ever! I had no idea he could get seats that good. He made sure he got them to me personally the night before the game. I know he worked really hard to get just the right tickets and I was so surpised I almost fell off my chair when I saw them. Worth every penny! My father was so impressed, I know I made him very proud and happy.So thanks to my boss, Drew and a Bears win the day was perfect! !

I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Drew / First Class Tickets!!!!

I am currently working in Arub...

I am currently working in Aruba on a longterm assignment, and I needed a Chicago Bears fix. I wanted to meet up with my son, who is in school in Europe, for the Bears-Vikings match-up, and purchased two tickets online with Tickets First Class.

Could the day have been any more perfect? It was sunny and 65 degrees, an astounding 89 points were scored--with the Bears winning 48 to 41, and to top it off, Drew upgraded us from level 2 end zone seats to seats right behind the Bears bench at level 1 at the 30-yard line, row 17. What a treat and what a perfect way to enjoy an already perfect day!

Good experience with Cubs Tix

I ordered my tickets on-line about two weeks in advance. The owner told me I could pick up my tickets on game day at Harry Carays Tavern in Wrigley. We arrived two hours before the first pitch and they had upgraded our seats for the same price. We moved down ten rows.

Very friendly staff and convient pick up. I will continue to buy my Cubs tickets from TicketsFirstClass.com.

Poor ticket buying experience

I bought 4 tickets to the Rose Bowl through ticketliquidator.com. I then had to buy the tickets for real from ticketsfirstclass.com based in Chicago. First I was told to pick up the tickets on New Years Eve at a hotel in Pasadena. Then I was told to go to some address outside the Rose Bowl on the New Years Day. When I got to the address (which was a parking lot), Drew who is the president of the company was not there in spite of several assurances that he would be there personally. Instead of Drew there was a guy named Mike who wasn't even there for about an hour because he was trying to find tickets at the last minute. There were at least 10 other people waiting for this guy Mike to show up. When he finally showed up, he didn't have tickets for this one girl who had been waiting for him for hours. He had 4 tickets for me but on the Illinois side right in the middle of the Illinois alumni section even though I thought I was buying tickets for the USC side. I was pissed and he had nothing to say or offer. Just kept saying he was the messenger. What lousy customer service. The fine print says that they can "upgrade your tickets" but they don't tell you that they can choose whatever section they want. I think that for $1500 they should have called me instead of taking advantage of someone who's never had to deal with a ticket broker before. I will never use ticketliquidator.com ever again. They don't tell you that you have to go through another broker or point out that they can change your tickets any way they want. Stay away form ticketliquidator.com and ticketsfirstclass.com. Never assume you have the tickets you want until you have them in your hand. Have the broker send you your tickets next day delivery. If he can't or won't then he doesn't have your tickets or will screw you at the last minute.
