Literally the worst company I've ever had to work with in my entire life - both completely incompetent and immoral. From doubling their fees to cover delays based on their own mistakes, to asking for the same paperwork several times because our previous agent supposedly quit, to threatening to cancel the whole deal because certain documents weren't on the right letterhead, this organization has no idea what it's doing, and doesn't care in the slightest about the impact that its mistakes have on its customers.
