Wow i have had a great experience with Oscar over the past seven years. When i met him my front porch was falling down. Oscar gave me a price that others were almost doubled under what others had asked for. After i was satisfied with that job, i asked him to put a roof on my house because it was leaking. When Oscar went to to attic he saw that the wall were falling in. He took me up in the attic and showed me what the problem was. Oscar put braces up and did not charge me another penny. Oscar did the tuck point, laid a patio, did a walkway. He just put up a fence in my yard which is 35 × 100ft. He also repaired my garage roof and put a new roof on it. I have used this company for several and next year i have another project. So for me i can only say this comlany is like family. Also he has had several jobs from my recomendation. He is very professional, his work is superior, and i give this company a big thumbs up. See ya next year!

I contracted Figueroa 2nd Generation Construction to tear off and replace my roof and during the 1st high wind shingles were blowing off the roof due to being nailed incorrectly which voided the wind warranty. The shingles had 4 nails but the nails were spaced 2 on each end 3 inches apart and not equally spaced per manufacturers instruction which I showed Figueroa a printed copy of the instructions. The roof vents were not correctly installed and were left 75% blocked. They came out and did a unsatisfactory patch job on my new roof. The following week more shingles blew off the roof. I was so disgusted with the poor quality of their work that I contracted another roofer to correct their work and re-nail the entire roof. The roofer also informed me that a reversed architectural shingle should not have been used for a starter strip. The only plus is that I didn't have them replace the roof on the garage or recommend them to anyone. Do Not Use This Roofer!
