After sales, I had Poor Service, slow, late and no replies. Called them several times toget my code to unlock the software, was not very freindly and Blamed ME.

Got one finaly that also didn't work.

Then could't understan why I was emailing again. I was waiting for the code again, 6 days ago. I read you would generate a new one. I told them I want my money back. They asked why? Then I was emailed this

" I just spoke with my management and you have access on your PayPal to reverse the transactions."



That means I had to file a dipute, and management !! I was told evertime I called I had to talk to only one person for my sales, tech, and refunds.

I filled today. Now waiting again.
