Got a flat tire on the Eisenhower at California, called Eddie, and he was there within 5 minutes. He was fast, courteous, and took me to a nearby Firestone store, where my tire was replaced within 15 minutes. All this after calling Allstate Motor Club and being given the runaround and giving up after they told me it would be an hour.
