Aviv is superb. He keeps our cars running well and I feel I can trust his recommendations 100 percent.

I passed by this shop several times on the way to work, but it always looked too busy to stop in for oil change. The other day I had a flat tire and went in. Was very pleased by the owner, Aviv, who really took care of me despite how busy the place was.Excellent service and patience--hey, it takes a lot to explain a car problem to me:)) Will only come here from now on!

Factory Muffler is a stress free place for any repair needed on your car. Aviv and his crew are great! I have been getting my cars serviced at Factory Muffler for many years and they have never ripped me off and have always done a great job at a resonable price, in fact I travel many miles because I know I can trust them. There have been times I have witnessed an opprotunity for Aviv to take advantage of someone who does not know about cars but he never did. I respect and admire honesty and I will always be a loyal customer to Factory Muffler. Do yourself a favor and bring your car to this place for any and all service work. You will be happy you have found someone you can trust, who wont rip you off not to mention the quality work.
