I had my furnace go out on Sunday, 3/10/19. I put in a call to AHS (home warranty) to open up a service request and that I would hear from someone from Express within 24 hours.

At 4AM 3/11/19, I called AHS back and requested that the case be expedited and that if I didn't hear from Express by 8AM to call either Express H&C or AHS. I received a call from Julio (THANK YOU, JULIO) at 7:30 with a call back window. I spoke to Julio again at 9 AM-ish and was given an arrival time of between 10-11.

Julio arrived on time, was completely professional and knowledgeable and got my furnace up and running again.

Poor quality of work that they do not stand behind....Express Heating and Cooling came out to fix my heating system. The only thing they did was changed my thermostat. This was in October 2015 and now my heating system has the same behavior that it had before they changed the thermostat. They gave me a year warranty and now they will not come back out to look into the issue without charging a $75 service charge. They do not stand behind their work even though they say you get a 1 year warranty.
