Been living here for four years now and the level of care and professionalism by those managing and maintaining the building has severely decreased. The management and maintenance staff have to be hounded to fix building issues and they don’t care for respecting your time by showing up to scheduled maintenance appointments on time...or at all in some instances. When you bring being inconvenienced to the management’s attention, there’s no sincere apology. Was supposed to get new locks in February, that didn’t occur until April. Currently awaiting an actual fix to a plumbing problem that occurred in February...it’s now the end of May.
