From my experience I feel Essex Radez is an unethical company and I highly advise against working with them, in any respect.



The Managing Director, Nick Radez is simply difficult to work with. In one instance he made a proposal, which we accepted. We upheld our part, then asked him how his part was progressing and the response we received was, "It may help matters if you took into consideration that I'm not obligated. Do you understand?" Is that really the way to talk to a paying customer? There are many instances of conversations where he makes a connection/correlation and then calls you crazy for making an argument based on his own logic. He is the most combative person I have ever dealt with.



Then, they refuse us physical access, of any kind, to the colocation space we are paying for. Then, when we request on-site work to be done, they respond to it selectively. This means there are certain tasks which simply cannot be accomplished, as they refuse access and refuse to do it for us. To me, that is simply not how a colocation agreement should work.



Not to mention how they specifically stole a customer/partner of ours... That just isn't a sign of good ethics.
