I was unlucky enough to rear end someone, but lucky enough for it to happened right in front of Erie Collision Center. As I was still in shock, dealing with a not so happy car owner in front of me then trying to figure out what to do, Mike the manager appeared, introduced himself and spent the next 3 hours helping me through the process of calling insurance companies, getting a rental car, pulling my car into his lot until the insurance company came for it, keeping me warm while waiting-- all with no expectation of any payment. Maria and Sara at the front counter were also friendly and very helpful!! Mike even gave me a tour of the facilities. Awesome work, quality and great friendly attitude!! What more could you want?

Big Up's, to this repair facility I had a great experience from walking in the door the owner is very personable and the front desk women were very well polished. I give their repair service an A+++.
