The personal attention to ensure you are confident with the auto before leaving the garage was outstanding!

Only down side was the first car they offered, had a falling off front license plate which started things off a little down, but everything after that was really great!

I reserved a compact car but got a brand new Nissan Rogue SUV as they were completely out of anything but SUV's. It wasn't what I reserved but it was a great vehicle and everything went great. The gentleman who helped me with the return of the car was the nicest guy. I was impressed with how he handled the return and how nice he was. Enterprise is my favorite rental company for years!

It is rare that I'm impressed with customer service. Enterprise went beyond impressed; leaving me shocked with the breadth and effectiveness of their customer service. From the moment we got off the bus to the leaving of the lot, I interacted with no less than 5 staff members that were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

After we returned, I'm still telling people about the quality of the service, the selection of vehicles I had reserved and the training that their people receive to achieve that level of service. I'm generally price driven however, in the future, if pricing is comparable, I'll be choosing Enterprise EVERY time. A truly exceptional experience at the MDW Airport.

Since we came in for a funeral, their exceptional service really brightened a sad time for us. Outstanding job Enterprise!

I found the staff to be pleasant, however did not communicate well with one another. I was checked in on one floor, told to go to another floor for my vehicle, and when I got to the other floor they could not find my reservation. Then when they called down to the first floor they found they had a printout in front of them, not on their I-Pad. After they gave me 3 choices I chose a car I had not driven before, I even stated that- and after our walk around I was left to figure out how to operate a car without a key. I would have preferred to have been given a little instruction.
When I dropped off the car, I had to wait for 1/2 hr, due to the fact the car had never been checked out the day before. Communication was not the best, I think your folks need a little more one on one with each other and the customer.

People are terrific, system stinks. You have to check in downstairs, (10 people in line two CRS working at the counter) then you have to got upstairs to have a CRS walk you to a car to determine which vehicle you would like. Seems to be one extra step and a waist of time.
On this occasion there was a traffic jam exiting the facility. The rental agency next door was completely full and could not take any additional cars,not blaming Enterprise for this,out of their control. We were checked out at the exit and the CSR asked us to pull forward, half in and half out of the exit area. While sitting there the security arm came smashing down on the roof of the car, then the steel barrier in the ground activated under the car and lifted it not once but twice. There was no one to be found at the exit booth---it was a cluster.
We asked for a different car and had an exchange pretty quickly. The car we were changed into smell of cigarette smoke.
All in all a lot of lost time and a pretty chaotic

I fly in for my appointments at Midway, and rent a car from enterprise. The service is very good, and the cars are nice and clean . I like doing business with them, and will tell my friends about them. Keep up the good work. A. Fulton 2016.

I have been an Enterprise Plus Member for quite a few years, renting their cars exclusively I travel frequently in my business and have rented cars in Texas California Oregon Washington Arizona New Mexico and Alabama of all the places I have rented the agency at Chicago's Midway Airport has been the only one that was a disappointment from start to finish When my wife and I arrived to pick up the full size car we had reserved I requested the upgrade for Plus members I was told it would be an additional charge per day They sent us to the garage to pick up the car but it wasn't a car it was an economy Jeep Compass specifically When we asked for a different vehicle we were told that due to the Labor Day crunch this was the best they could offer My wife and I were getting frustrated and rush hour was rapidly approaching so we accepted the SUV Once inside we started the Jeep and the Check Engine light and Oil Change Due warnings came on We were told the techs didn't reset the system

Nicest Enterprise Staff....lady helped me lower the cost just by asking. I would definitely come here again

Seven of us went on a family vacation and decided to rent 2 cars. My daughter rented with Dollar Rent-A-Car and I chose Enterprise because of my previous experience with them and because I was a rewards member. Upon arrival I advised the agent that I would be needing the car an extra day. My daughter did likewise. The Dollar Rent-A-Car people immediately offered her the weekly rate. Not only did the Enterprise agent fail to do the same for me but when I returned my car I realize that the taxes and fees were higher then with Dollar. The total taxes were 21% for Dollar and nearly 43% for Enterprise. Note this was for two comparable intermediate size SUV cars. I was told it has to do with the fact that Dollar has a better arrangement with the rental car site at Midway. Enterprise failed to offer it's customer the better rate and then failed to divulge it charges more than twice as much in additional fees then it's competitor. Discussing it with the night supervisor yielded nothing.

Very good service. Nice clean car. My selection wasn't available so I got a free upgrade. Final price matched the estimate exactly.

Absolutely the best service I ever had. Will definitely use Enterprise again. They loaded my luggage into my car for me then helps me switch cars when I couldn't get the seat high enough in my first selection. Sean Duggan was especially helpful.

So much of hidden charges. And if you are booking a car on weekend then you are doomed. The only location where you can get the car is at airport. If you are booking car for a few days, enterprise might be a good option. But if you are booking a car for less than a day, I would highly recommend to go for zip car because it comes overall to be cheaper and hassle free.

Absolutely fantastic service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous, introduced themselves by name. While some friends were waiting for us to arrive, they even played a riddle game with the Enterprise staff to win us a free upgrade. Will always rent with Enterprise at Midway.

As always, it's a pleasure renting from Enterprise at Midway. My only recommendation is to make sure each car has the velcro installed for the i-pass because I forgot to ask when I left and had to hold it up in the air as I drove on the tollways. Oops. I'll probably not forget again, but everything else was great!

I have very infrequently rented from Enterprise in the past, but their holiday rates were much better than competitors, so I rented there. I was impressed by the customer service orientation - almost a personal care to a customer. That was something I wasn't used to. Overall, the rental experience was very positive, although the car itself looked a bit "worn" on the inside and had very uneven acceleration, which was annoying.

The staff was good however I rent cars all over the country and Enterprise as a whole is the only company that allows people to smoke in the car. It is a real shame as that ruins the experience.

Martha was super and saved us time and money. We flew into midway and had to drive to Woodstock. Thanks to Martha's recommendations to add a I-Pass to our rental we saved a large amount of time going through the toll areas. The return process was extremely smooth and all of the return and pick-up associates where extremely pleasant. Thank you Enterprise. J & L Smiley
