Since this salon has turned over owners I had been reluctant to go get my nails done. But I decided to give them a chance. The last time I went to E Nails the service was horrible. I asked the lady did she know how to do a specific zebra design on my nails, instead of her telling me no she decides to give it a try. Once I noticed her doing them wrong I said its okay I will pick a different design but she kept doing them. I repeatedly told her I didn't want that design any more and I began to sense a little tension. I told her to do a pocka dot design, which again she was clueless about. I let her continue to do my nails it turn out ok but not up a par. The woman had the nerve to charge me extra for her doing my nail twice. I didn't want to argue so I paid. That was 5 months ago and I have not been back since.
