Every time I come to visit everyone is always very friendly and helpful. So far I've had to have several fillings done and every time I do Dr. Chan takes the time to walk through the process of what will happen and answer all of my questions.

Dr. Chan and her staff have taken very good care of my teeth, gums, and related problems. They are professional, competent, and compassionate. I highly recommend this office.

The staff at the office is very welcoming. It has been several years since I had been to the dentist prior to my appt so I had some reservations, but the whole staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Dr. Chan was very compassionate in her discussion of her findings with me. Dentists are notoriously judgmental regarding the "state" of my teeth and gums, but I really felt like everything was going to be okay under her care! She also discouraged me from pursuing more expensive elective dental work, which was a relief. Excellent bedside (er...chairside?) manner from her, Natalya the hygienist, and her receptionist. I also loved the automated text reminders for my appointment!

I have not taken very good care of my teeth over the years, and had a very poor doctor prior to Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan and her staff have been very good to me, evaluating my needs and not shaming me about the state of my teeth. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and they are very patient with me.

I've never felt so welcome in a dentist office before... everyone here goes above and beyond to keep people happy!! thank you!

I've seen Dr. Chan for over 6 years and every visit has been welcoming and engaging whether it's a quick chat during a cleaning or seeing me for an emergency filling. The office is staff is wonderful and courteous and always follows up to schedule visits or just check in. I highly recommend Dr. Chan, she's truly one of Chicago's best dentists!

They all remember me there, and even if it's just looking at notes from my last visit, they put the time in to do it well, and that makes all the difference.

I have been coming to this dental office for almost 12 years, and have been seeing Dr. Chan for almost 8 years. The staff, from the office manager down through the several different hygienist are always polite, friendly and engaging. They always take the time to hear my concerns, and answer all of my very extensive questions. They do all that they can to ensure that I am comfortable and relaxed (I have even been known to fall asleep in the dentist chair) . I truly do enjoy coming to this dental office. The staff is nice and the service is truly great.

I've been coming here for years and always have a pleasant experience. The same receptionist (Anna) is always up-to-date on my insurance coverage, making sure I don't go beyond my annual limits. It's nice not to have to figure that out myself. Everyone in the office is very friendly and my appointments are always prompt. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chan for several years now. Dr. Chan is a highly competent dentist, a master of her craft. She also has an incredibly kind and sensitive "bedside manner."

She is very warm and caring. She is also very personable and makes you feel like you are her only patient. She has great follow up and looks after the best care for her patients.

Dr. Chan and company have always done a great job, and I would never consider another group.
