Dr. Chmiel was the best physician for me and my family from 1986 thru 2005 when we moved from Chicago. He treated me for many different ailments and numerous hospital visits.

They have no receptionnist (or she only works once a week) and no answering machine so you call and call without nobody answering ever! He is supposed to be registered to complete immigration forms to Canada and Australia and that is very scary as half the forms I had to point out what to do and what to fill out. They couldn't even give me an official receipt for the $460 fee I paid for the medical exam. I would not recommend this place at all!
