Terrible customer service!!! The store manger KAREN and cashier, CYNTHIA were very rude and inconsiderate when I wanted to make a simple exchange. Many items in the store are damaged, torn or worn. I purchased a shirt with deodorant stains because I was pressed for time and it was the only one in my size. I was simply going to wipe the stain clean with a wet cloth before wearing it. Later that day, plans changed and I no longer needed the shirt. I wanted to buy other items that would total much more than the price of the shirt. I NEVER even removed it from the bag. They accused me of not only wearing the item, but also removing the tag and reattaching it!!!??? Seriously??! The manager did not even attempt to hear my side of the story. She dismissed my claims so I did not purchase anything else. I took the original shirt (later I wiped the deodorant stains with no problem). I also took the time to contact their district manager, MEL. DO NOT give this place your business, but if you do, inspect your own merchandise and demand a discount or insist on the cashier or manager to make a note of damages on your receipt.
