Provided by YP.comI had a custom ring made and it was not a pleasant experience. The way they conducted themselves throughout the entire process was reminiscent of a "fly by night" operation. There is a clear lack of concern for the customer and their needs. Communication is nowhere to be found, which is crucial when you are investing so much, both emotionally and monetarily.
