I first met Stasia (Mom) at the Daley Plaza Farmer's Market many years ago. We'd buy Polish rye and pierogi. When packing their distinctive shopping bag, Stasia would ask my father which pastry he would like, never charging us. Not only are the baked goods heavenly, but Stasia's kindness will never be forgotten.

For quality european pastires I highly reccomend Delightful Pasteries. They use no chemicals or preservatives and i've never had anything fresher.
