I scheduled a no chip appointment over a month ago for my brothers wedding. As I was running to 2min late for the appointment, I decided to call the business to let them know that I am still coming. Who ever answered the phone, in a really rude voice informed me that my appointment won't occur because the lady that who does nails got ill. They never called me, or informed about this! I was stuck in traffic in 45min to see them. I was the maid of honor the next day and my nails were not done. I had to skip the taping of the party so I could go and get my nails done at a different place. What was basically impossible to do because of the late notice. I had to pay $80 for no chip!!! IThe amount of stress that they added to my life was huge. They acted totally unprofessional and unacceptable! Stay away!!!!
