No other gym even comes close. At D3 you get results! I've belonged to other fitness gyms in the past where I did the same standard exercise with no results. Since joining D3, I've grown stronger, have toned and have gained muscle. Dre and the other trainers really care about helping you reach your fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle. In addition, there are a variety of excellent class offerings that will both challenge you and keep your interest. I am so happy I found D3 and decided to join, definitely a GREAT place to workout.

I have never experienced a fitness community before because I have always just gone to gyms but D3 is really a community. Dre has created a community of caring, motivation and encouragement. I feel totally cared about and I love the support all the trainers give. After my fifth or sixth visit, I realized all the trainers knew my name. Wow! This place is just the best! The workouts are great and the trainers are so into teaching their classes! I finally found a fitness home
