I had a problem with mice and I was terrified, I called and spoke to the most exceptional receptionist who took down my info and had a technician call me back within minutes. The technician was very helpful and understood my concerns. I was charged a very reasonable rate for a service which included patching up any 1 -2 inch holes and recieved bait that were in some type of mouse station. I instantly saw the results. He even gave me a warranty and within a couple of weeks I saw no mice. This made me very happy, I will make this company a company of choice. They made me feel at ease and like I was the only customer they had.
