The customer service here was HORRIBLE!!! I went in there this evening to pick up a few items and for some reason they mustve thought I was going to steal!! Granted I know they have to be alert and i did stay in the store browsing for a while but I eventually got a hand cart and filled it with merchandise. (which I did pay for) The only reason I could think of is because Im black. I know it sound a little cliche but its very true. There were other people shopping but I was only african amercan in there other than the supervisor (clearly the Uncle Tom of the store=A black man who will do anything to stay in good standing with "the white man" including betray his own people{Im not racist at all. Just calling it as I see it}) who was also watching me. No one offered to help me or anything. I watched them watch me. Oh they tried to be discreet but it was too obvious when they began to take turns following me though the store.I confronted a manager about my suspicions (who was only a few feet away making sure i charged every item at check out) once I was done paying who told me it wasnt true. No apology...nothing. I left the store and turned back around to go back in and caught him telling the other manager that I was on to them. I told the other manager that I would be making a complaint. He said "ok". Absolute JERKS!! This is an area thats predominantly inhabited by caucasians so aparently in their eyes.. black people steal. I didnt look any different than the other women in the store who were bundled up (because of the freezing cold out) with other shopping bags. Only that I was black. Definitely making a big time complaint.
