I have visited this store twice, and on both occasions I've had to ask for customer assistance. The first time I needed help was trying to find a medicated shampoo. I asked the employee to check in the back to see if there were any left. The employee did not even bother checking. He simply said, " No we don't have it," and walked away. The second time I visited this store was not because I wanted to, but because it was the only store open 24hrs near my house. I needed some help in the photo deptartment. I waited for someone to help me, but no one was around. Finally, one of the employees told me that the photo department was closed. I replied by telling himthat I thought this was a 24 hour store, and I thought all areas would be available. The employee was very rude and simply said, "That is not my problem." These are the two experiences I have to share with the rest of the public. In the future I will go back to good old Walgreens.
