I had the pleasure, along with 9 other women from my church, too volunteer ouur services at this center on Saturday, October 3, 2010. The atmosphere in the center was encouraging and uplifting. The staff were hard workers who made us feel welcome and their smiles made our day. We left with a feeling of accomplishment and fulfillment and begin making plans of when and where to provide this service again to some other center or the same one. It was a WONDERFUL experience!!!!!

I worked at the Cornerstone Community Outreach as a receptionist and got to see it's perations on a daily basis. It is a shelter for abused women and children and provided them with a safe and loving home atmosphere. I have personally seen the owner and director do every job one can do- and always with compassion and an almost too strong softheartedness. As a matter of fact- ialways felt he was such a soft touch that he got rolled over for it sometimes- but he ALWAYS erred on the side of true and genuine compassion and Christly love. And I'm not a christian, but a Muslim- but I was always made to feel welcome and repsected.



If only there were more organizations like this in the world- we would have no problems.
